A year after the flooding of New Orleans, video emerged that reveals New Orleans firemen witnessed a major levee breech - and were ordered to remain silent about what they knew when they testified before Congress.

Who died?

According to a recent article by Chris Granger of The Times-Picayune

"The dead were overwhelmingly old. Most lived near the levee breaches in the 9th Ward and Lakeview. About two-thirds either drowned or died from illness or injury brought on by being trapped in houses surrounded by water.

The rest died from maladies or injuries suffered in or exacerbated by an
arduous evacuation -- or an inability to evacuate quickly enough, including
many who died in local hospitals that lost power and other life-sustaining
services. "

The second video is about the "investigation" of the levee system failure.

The third video was recorded the week of the disaster as thousands of elderly, handicapped, children, their caretakers and poor remained stranded in the city without food or water and were forcibly blocked from walking out of the city.

It's interesting to watch the Mike Myers/Kayne West Red Cross appeal that took place in the middle of the post-levee collapse chaos.

West's deadly accurate comments caused such a stir that no one paid attention to what Mike Myers was saying.

A three year independent investigation into the September 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon has yielded new eyewitness evidence which, according to the Southern California-based researchers who conducted the investigation, “conclusively (and unfortunately) establishes as a historical fact that the violence which took place in Arlington that day was not the result of a surprise attack by suicide hijackers, but rather a military black operation involving a carefully planned and skillfully executed deception.”

They have compiled the most pertinent testimony into an 81 minute video presentation entitled National Security Alert, which has earned the respect and praise of a growing number of distinguished academics, journalists, writers, entertainers, pilots, and military personnel.

The investigation involved multiple trips to the scene of the crime in Arlington, Virginia, close scrutiny of all official and unofficial data related to the event, and, most importantly, first-person interviews with dozens of eyewitnesses, many of which were conducted and filmed in the exact locations from which they witnessed the plane that allegedly struck the building that day. It was primarily conducted by two men named Craig Ranke and Aldo Marquis, also known as Citizen Investigation Team, or CIT.

“There were a growing number of people in the United States and around the world who were suspicious of the government’s story about what had happened at the Pentagon that day,” Ranke explains. “The doubts were initially fueled by the dubious damage to the building, which seemed incompatible with a 757 crash, the deliberate lack of transparency by the authorities, and many other issues, but they really intensified after a team of professional pilots (Pilots for 9/11 Truth) analyzed the data obtained from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) via a Freedom of Information Act request in 2006, which was supposedly from the black box of American Airlines Flight 77, and found that the last reported altitude of the plane was far too high to have struck the light poles or the building. This meant that either the plane did not cause the observed physical damage, that the government had released fraudulent data, or both.”

“We were tired of the cover-up, but we were also frustrated with the dead-end theorizing that was taking place”, says Marquis of the project’s genesis. “We knew that the only way we were ever going to know what had really happened was if we actually went to the area, knocked on doors, and interviewed everyday people about what they saw.”

When these eyewitness accounts are aggregated, they paint a very disturbing picture, say the researchers.

“To put it as concisely as possible, the plane had to have flown on a very specific flight path in the final seconds before it reached the Pentagon in order to have caused the observed damage, starting with the light poles that were photographed on the ground and ending with the directional damage to the building itself which was outlined in detail by the American Society of Civil Engineers,” explains Ranke. “The government claims the plane flew on this flight path and hit the building. The eyewitnesses in all of the most critical vantage points, on the other hand, independently, unanimously, and unequivocally report a drastically different flight path, proving that the plane absolutely could not have hit the light poles or the building. It is a non-controversial scientific fact that a strike from this trajectory would have caused a very different damage path.”

It wasn’t just witnesses who watched the plane approach the building that the team spoke with, however.
“We’ve also published our interview with a Pentagon police officer who saw the plane flying away from the Pentagon immediately after the explosion”, says Marquis. “We already knew that the plane could not have hit based on the testimony of the witnesses on the other side of the building who watched it approach, but it was still vindicating to get this kind of confirmation.”

A 2006 Scripps Howard/Ohio University poll found that “More than a third of the American public suspects that federal officials assisted in the 9/11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East.” Nevertheless, Ranke and Marquis acknowledge it is still quite controversial to claim, as they do, that “criminal elements within the U.S. government” were complicit in the attacks.

“If you are skeptical of (or even incensed by) this statement we do not blame you,” reads a note on the front page of their website, CitizenInvestigationTeam.com. “We are not asking you to take our word for it, nor do we want you to do that. We want you to view the evidence and see with your own eyes that this is the case. We want you to hear it directly from the eyewitnesses who were there, just as we did.”

Many people seem to be taking them up on this offer. Their video has already received almost 70,000 views online since it was first posted to their website a few weeks ago with only a grass roots promotional effort behind it.

Perhaps more notable than the size of the audience, however, is the caliber of some of the people in it. A newly-published compendium of endorsements on the CitizenInvestigationTeam.com website includes praise from a wide array of distinguished and well-respected Americans.

Emmy-award winning actor and former president of The Screen actors Guild, Ed Asner, calls the film a “reasoned, and methodical look at witness testimony the day the Pentagon was attacked on Sept. 11th”.

Prolific non-ficition author Dr. Peter Dale Scott, Professor Emeritus of the University of California, Berkeley affirms that the film “successfully rebuts the official account of Flight 77’s flight path on 9/11 as it approached the Pentagon”.

”If you accept the placement of the plane as independently and unanimously reported by the witnesses presented in CIT's video National Security Alert, science proves that it did not cause the physical damage at the Pentagon on 9/11/2001”, says FAA certified pilot Robert Balsamo.

Dr. David Ray Griffin, author of The New Pearl Harbor Revisited: 9/11, the Cover-Up, and the Exposé and many other titles, says he is “pleased to be able to recommend this important film with enthusiasm”, while scholar, author, and radio host Dr. Kevin Barrett says that the film proves ”that the official version of the attack on the Pentagon is false, and that the attack must have been a deceptive military operation, not the kamakaze crash of a hijacked commercial jet.”

Scott McKinsey, an award-winning network television director, says “The DVD offers no theorizing or speculation; only corroborated eyewitness evidence contradicting the official flight data to support an overwhelming argument that a plane did not slam into the Pentagon on 9/11”.

Architect Richard Gage, AIA, founder of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth.org), a coalition of over 700 professional architects and engineers calling for a new independent investigation of the destruction of the three skyscrapers in New York on 9/11 (the third was World Trade Center 7), calls the film “long overdue, but worth waiting for” and says that it “deserves serious attention”.

Retired Navy Commander and aviator James R. Compton calls National Security Alert “the best reporting I've seen in a long, long time” and “a must see for every citizen in our country”.

”Government and media figures who dare ignore evidence this conclusive do so at their own peril”, warns Lt. Col. Shelton Lankford, a retired Marine pilot who has flown 303 combat missions.

URGENT - H1N1 Vaccine Patent Filed (2007) Long Before the Swine Flue Virus Was Spread!

The following is my reply to John Perna per a US Patent Application filed, with one aspect of the patent being for the Swine Flue virus vaccine (H1N1). The patent application was filed long before the Mexican Swine Flu supposedly came forward as a new strain of virus coming out of a "Pig Farm" in Mexico.

In John's post copied in part below my reply, he thought the patent application for the H1N1 vaccine was from 2008 shortly before the swine flue broke out in Mexico.

I am familiar with patents, so I took a look at the US Patent and Trademark site to verify what he was bringing forward was correct and found he was in error. The original application was actually filed in 2007. Long before the virus was staged as an outbreak of "a new viral strain" in Mexico.

As far as I am concerned, this now verified information puts the last nail in the coffin for the immediate suspension of all forms of "civil" government in this country for reorganization under limited purview and then reinstatement. And I hope, no I pray that when done in end result they axe 85% or more of the attorneys from the system. That is 90% of the solution right there.

You are off on the filing date. It is not 08/28/2008 it is 08/28/2007 one year earlier! A Much Bigger smoking gun then you thought...

The 2008 date was when the Patent Application was put into final acceptance for examination. The filing date (when received in the PTO mail room) was exactly one year earlier. My additional concern is all the others virus vaccines listed but not yet promoted yet, get my point? !!

When it opens the page click on the tab "Image File Wrapper" then select "Specifications" and go to page "13" of the specifications. Here you will see the virus references to the viruses as noted above and it did so on "08/28/07" long before the virus was promoted as a "New and Deadly Strain" morphed out of a pig farm in Mexico.

So, upon my personal reflection of the matter: They can take that vaccine and shove it up their A** and what can't fit they can do the same to the US Propaganda ministry and their talking head wh***s in the syndicated news media that have promoted the swine flu frenzy.

Recently, a reader sent me data on air tests performed in the Phoenix area. These charts show a number heavy metals are present in the environment at levels far exceeding the safe toxic level standards for human health. The person who performed the air sampling had it analyzed by a professional laboratory, and has asked for confidentiality. Exact location in Phoenix of the samples collected and names involved will not be disclosed in this report.

I have personally seen the actual report with the name of the person who and location where air was sampled and the name of the testing laboratory, and certify that the report appears authentic.

Scans of the report provided to me of laboratory results were sent as files of more than 1MB in size each. Each chart has been reduced in size here to fit on your screen by this author. One chart was rotated for proper orientation but has not been altered in any other way.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD

a. Air was sampled through an air filter which operated approximately 4 hours during the day and 4 hours after sunset for 28 days.

b. Method used by the test laboratory was defined as "ICP scan, inorganic analysis."

c. Short columns in the charts indicate the maximum safe level for a given metal.
Tall columns are the measured amounts found in the filter for a given metal.

d. MCL = Maximum Containment Level

e. Chart values are shown in parts per billion. To convert any reading to parts per million (which is often more convenient for a mental comparison) simply drop three zeroes from any value shown on any chart.

f. I have provided the calculations on how many times each metal is over each toxic health limit. For example, in Fig. 1 barium is 278 times (or 278x) higher than the toxic health limits set by federal standards.

Noteworthy here is that manganese is an element commonly found in the environment and soil in small quantities. However, manganese is also a toxic element. This element is the black electrolyte material found in batteries (dry cell types) before the advent of alkaline batteries took over the battery market. Manganese is still used in cheap batteries and commonly provided with remote controls.

Barium, copper and zinc are also heavy metals. Copper and zinc are used by the human body's metabolism but only in very small amounts. Barium is a common contrast agent used for X-ray diagnostic imaging, but it is not used in powder form. It is suspended in a liquid form for contrast enhancement of X-rays to outline digestive tract soft tissue.

Barium and aluminum (more on aluminum later) are commonly found in chemtrail fallout. These two compounds were also described by Dr. Teller in his weather modification paper as two possible agents that could be spread by aircraft into the upper atmosphere. His intention was to use them as reflective agents for sunlight in an effort to reduce global heating.

However, anyone who has ever been inside a tent an hour or more after the sun comes up on a cool day knows it will get hot inside quite fast. It could be that Teller's theory is flawed, and that instead of reflecting the sunlight barium and aluminum are accelerating global warming. After several decades of chemtrail spraying weather records clearly show our planet is not cooling off. In the spring of 2008, the US army announced the problem is with the Sun and that global warming is not directly caused by civilization.

Fig 2 Here we see that cadmium is 126x the toxic limit, chromium is 282x the toxic limit and nickel is 169x the toxic limit. Note that the permissible amount of Cadmium in the environment is equivalent to a tiny ten parts per billion.

These metals are commonly used for steel manufacturing and electro- plating. All are toxic in significant amounts.

SPECIAL TEST RESULTS FOR ALUMINUM

According to the reader providing the data, for unknown reasons aluminum results are commonly provided by an "out of state test lab." It's also interesting that of all the contaminants, aluminum had the highest reading of all metals over the safe toxic limit by 6,400x. I will not comment here on my opinion as to who may run that lab or the data source, but will leave that to the reader's imagination. As bad as aluminum being 6,400 times the toxic limit it may also be that the actual level of aluminum is far higher than what we see here.

Although physically lighter in weight than steel or other metals, aluminum is still considered a heavy metal. Like Teflon®, aluminum is very difficult to remove from the human body.

It is also well known that for unknown reasons, aluminum has been found in higher than normal concentrations in the brains of deceased Alzheimer's patients. It is also known that Alzheimer's disease is on the rise. Perhaps finally a connection can be made here as to the source of the illness, but more science would need to be done to confirm this. A correlation between aluminum levels in the air for various cities and Alzheimer's statistics needs to be made. This is outside the scope of this report.

Clearly, there must be a source for these very high levels of heavy metals in the Phoenix environment. It could very well be a direct result of chemtrail spraying, since the trails have been commonly seen in the sky over Phoenix and other cities. If these levels are elevated in Phoenix's air, it may stand to reason that the same problem is happening all over the country elsewhere. It's quite possible that these various metals are elevated in different amounts in the air over other cities. More tests like this are needed for other cities, with air sampling and analysis performed in the exact same way to allow proper correlation.

FUTURE TEST RESULTS

I strongly suspect that once this report is public and those behind the chemtrail spraying see this, obtaining similar laboratory tests in the future may become more difficult. A cover-up may even take place if certain corporate or government interests are threatened by this revelation.

Anyone having similar air tests performed by a laboratory in the future should stay at the test lab for as long as it takes, and watch the test results as they are obtained from start to finish. If they will not permit this then find another reputable laboratory. Leaving the laboratory and returning for the report, or accepting an email of the test results is not wise. It may result in altered or lost test results

These lab tests could serve as a rough guide as what to expect from air tests in other cities. For example, if aluminum or barium levels are stated as near normal for lab tests of air in other large cities, those results should be suspect. I would not recommend that an entire air filter be given to any one test lab, but rather carefully collected samples that have not touched by human hands from the filter. Laboratories only need very small samples to complete an analysis. This will allow the tests to be performed by other laboratories in the event of suspect results.

If anyone is interested in air collection details such as flow rate in cubic feet per minute, air filter size or other details to duplicate this test, I will try to provide them.

It is proposed that chronic contamination of the biosystem with the reactive types of Ba salts can initiate the pathogenesis of MS; due to the conjugation of Ba with free sulphate, which subsequently deprives the endogenous sulphated proteoglycan molecules (heparan sulfates) of their sulphate co partner, thereby disrupting synthesis of S-proteoglycans and their crucial role in the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signalling which induces oligodendrocyte progenitors to maintain the growth and structural integrity of the myelin sheath. Loss of S-proteoglycan activity explains other key facets of MS pathogenesis; such as the aggregation of platelets and the proliferation of superoxide generated oxidative stress. Ba intoxications disturb the sodium- potassium ion pump--another key feature of the MS profile. The co- clustering of various neurodegenerative diseases in these Ba- contaminated ecosystems suggests that the pathogenesis of all of these diseases could pivot upon a common disruption of the sulphated proteoglycan-growth factor mediated signalling systems. Individual genetics dictates which specific disease emerges at the end of the day.
